Divorce & Separation Course: Select this course for guidance on legal considerations (bankruptcy, financial support orders, dividing assets and debts) that impact divorce or legal separation negotiations and court outcomes.
Case Investigation Course: Select this course when it comes time to gather the evidence that you want to present to the judge. What you know, is different from what you can prove. This course will teach you how to prove what you know to the judge.
Trials & Evidence Course: Select this course to prepare yourself for live testimony, oral argument and case presentation techniques. Video tutorials, a witness checklist and lessons on evidence are included, as well as tips on what lawyers do to study a judge before trial.
Law & Motion Course: Select this course when you cannot get agreement with the other party on such issues as: How to share time with your children, child or spousal support payments, or discovery disputes. This course will guide you on the steps to take and mistakes to avoid when seeking court orders in family court.
Specialty Issues Course: This is a companion to the Law & Motion Course. Select this course when your case involves these issues: Domestic Violence, Protective Parents, Minors Counsel, Custody Evaluators, Move-Away requests, and or Requests for sanctions or attorney fees.
